Global Montessori keeps all financial information strictly confidential and does not discriminate based on race, religion, or gender. Financial aid is distributed based on need. Please complete the following form so that we can make our decisions effectively and fairly. Completed applications for the 2007-2008 school year as well as a copy of your most recent completed and signed Federal Income Tax Return should be turned in with your school application. Late forms will have less opportunity for adequate financial aid as the remaining funds will be much more limited.

Part I: Annual Cash Flow

1. Salaries. All pre-tax annual wages. Include job titles and names of employers.
2. Other Income. All pre-tax taxable income not reported elsewhere.
3. Third Party Support. Any income received from an outside party. Includes alimony, social security benefits, and financial aid from friends and relatives.
4. Home Payments. Annual mortgage payments (principal plus interest).Include homeowner related expenses such as insurance, maintenance costs, and property taxes. If you are renting, enter the annual rent.
5. Taxes. Taxes expected to pay on annual income, based on last year’s tax return.
6. Other Payments. Other major annual payments, such as car loans, alimony, or uninsured medical fees.

Part II: Current Financial Statement

1. Investments. Includes savings and checking accounts, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, money market, etc.
2. Permanent Assets. Current market value of your car(s) and house as well as other real estate that you own.
3. Other Assets. If you own a business, its current market value (if positive). Also, retirement funds, including 401K and IRA values.
4. Long Term Liabilities. The total unpaid principal balance of mortgage(s) and remaining unpaid balances on auto loans.
5. Other Liabilities. Includes education loans, credit card debt, or other significant liability.
